Our refund policy is as follows:


Cancellation Fee:
If a customer cancels an appointment, they will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 01% of
the total service cost for that appointment. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable.


Refunds:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the services provided by Uver Salon, please contact
us through our online chat system. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that
you are satisfied with the outcome. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for
services that have already been provided.


Refund Eligibility:
• Refunds can only be requested before the service reaches the customer.
• If you have an issue with a service that was provided, you must contact us within 24
hours of the appointment time. We will not accept any refund requests after this time
frame.


Refund Process:
• Your customer will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later,
depending upon the bank.
• Funds will be refunded to the credit or debit card that was originally charged.
